I came across this neat little site recently that enables you to easily make a website logo through the usage of point and click interface. Just type in your text select some options and it will generate the logo for you. If you are not happy with the results you can easily hit the back button in your browser change some options and re-generate until you are happy.

The interface allows you to change such things as:

• The font including size and color
• Background solid color or numerous patterns
• Specify an effect for the font including a drop shadow
• An image overlay - this allows you to put your text on top of another image
• The resultant image can be output as either, png, gif or jpg

  

This image was easily generated in a few minutes with a bit of trial and error.

Definitely worth a look if you want to quickly generate a logo for your website or a blog post.
